About Us
Klaus Arnhard

Klaus is the founder of UIF-Hero. After many years working for large corporates he figured out that it is so much more rewarding to help pregnant women / young mothers with their UIF claim than having boring brain-storming strategy meetings in stuffy boardrooms.

He lives in Cape Town with his wife and 5-year old daughter.
UIF-Hero have been submitting UIF maternity claims since 2014. We are super-proud of the extremely positive client feedback we receive.

We take the hassle out of claiming maternity benefits, to give you more time to focus on your pregnancy and being a new mom. Our goal is to make your UIF Claim Process as easy as possible by providing you with a complete set of UIF forms. We support our clients by providing step-by-step guidance on filing out every part of the UIF maternity documents. Visit our Services & Fee page to find out more about how we can help you.

Did you know that if you are a small business owner and have one or more employees working for you more than 24 hours per month, you need to be registered as an employer with the Department of Labour, and contribute towards the UIF?

We can assist you with your registration if you do not already have a registration number, as well as register all of your employees. We can also assist with facilitating arrears payments to get them up to date. Furthermore, we offer a monthly service of filing the payments on your behalf, so that you don’t have to worry about the admin going forward.

Our service includes:
-
Create a ufiling account in your personal capacity
-
Link your company to your account
-
Register all employees for UIF and link them to your company ufiling account
-
Calculate the arrears payments (if applicable)
-
Update all declarations for each employee
-
Assist with UI19s and salary schedules in case they want to claim from UIF
